Our Recommended 1969 Barolo.
The 1969 Prandi is a fine example of the good Italian vintage. It is a powerfully structured wine, tannic and deep ruby, with a warm and complex flavour. Shows a characteristic and intense perfume, both delicate and harmonic, with a light scent of vanilla and flowering vineyards. It is a wine of ample taste, warm and persistent. Superb!
These have recently been released from the cellar of the Marchesi estate where they have been stored in ideal conditions.
Condition
Bottles are in very good condition. The wine has been stored in the cellars of the Marchesi. Please note that these bottles have been stored without labels. Each bottle has been inspected and labelled by Marchesi immediately prior to release.
