From the very good 1969 Vintage. Colour is brick red with a light brown rim. The nose was packed and staked with tar, tobacco and roses. On the palate the wine still has plenty of fruit, a very nice sweetness and great balance. Amazing freshness for a wine this age combined with fine finish with plenty of stuffing.
