Description
In the glass this wine has a solid red core with red/orange on the rim. On the nose, there's cedar, mushrooms, and a bit of light cherry. On the palate, a woody note - teak or rosewood perhaps, with cedar. Rather ethereal. With time, lovely fruit emerges and the wine shows gorgeous, elegant maraschino notes. Mushrooms round out the earthy side of this. Given its age this is still a wonderful, complete wine
