Barbaresco Sori Ciabot possesses a deep ruby/plum colour, as well as stunning aromatics consisting of dried herbs, smoke, tobacco, red and black fruits, cedar, and soy sauce. The wine is fleshy, rich, and full-bodied, with subtle new oak, terrific extract, and a succulent texture. It will not be long-lived, but should drink well for another 5-7 years. Rating 90 Points (Outstanding)
