Description
Greenish gold hints. Soft caramel aroma mixed with candied yellow fruit, honeycomb and citrus notes. Full, silky, elegant with a consistent freshness in the aftertaste. Excellent as an aperitif.
Food Pairing:
Accompanies well olives, toasted almonds and cheese. Very good with starters such tapas and pates.
SERVING & CELLARAGE
Serve between 11ºC and low room temperature 12ºC. This wine was bottled ready for drinking and will keep well several months after opening.
