Description

Deep and rich, with a penetrating nose of limestone, menthol, hot tar, old tyres, prosciutto, and black pepper. In the mouth there is great freshness to the strawberry fruit before the intense flavours of tar, earth, and dried meats come to the fore. Lots of structure here with a rich, chewy mouth feel, soft tannins and a long finish.
