Description

With it's deep and rich, penetrating nose of limestone, menthol, hot tar, old tires, prosciutto, and black pepper. In the mouth there is great freshness to the strawberry fruit before the intense flavours of tar, earth, and dried meats come to the fore. Lots of structure here with a rich, chewy mouthfeel, Intense tannins which may outlive the fruit. Excellent today but will not keep for much longer.
