Reviews: Bricking garnet with orange highlights and watery rim.
Mushroomy and floral on the beautifully aged nose with cherry and red apple fruit. Stewed veggies, dill, bitter almond, baking spice, orange peel and graphite.
Medium bodied and dry palate showing wonderful acidic brightness and tartness of fruit. Liquorice, mushroomy earthiness, sous bois, minerality and slight chocolate. Refreshing mid-length finish.
Amazing brightness combines with a beautiful complexity of earthy nuances. Probably has a decades long drinking window delivering more or less similar matured experience. So, drink or still hold. Cellar Tracker Review 2011.
