Description
A 1999 Vintage Bordeaux Wine from Chateau Carolus. Red currant colour still holding on, with bricking around the edges. Nose has that old world charm with stewed dark fruit, musk, and earthy tones. Palate is tart cherry which is fading, acid showing strongly with black olive. Mouthfeel is very soft, tannins fully integrated. Medium/plus finish.
