This beautiful Sauternes dessert wine from the exceptional 1961 vintage still has a wonderful golden colour. Fresh and powerful on the palate it displays wonderful aromas and taste of marmalade, apricot jam and layers of honey with spicy notes.

Pair this lusciously sweet wine with savoury cheeses such as Roquefort or Livarot and oie gras or terrine with caramelized onions. A savoury pairing will highlight the wine while creating a beautiful balance on your tongue.
