Tasted in 2008. Deep red, with browning on the rim. Intense complex aromas of leather, chocolate, coffee, cigar box and a core of plummy fruit. The palate showed a medium-bodied wine, melted tannins and similar complex flavours as the nose. The fruit was definitely present. The finish was long and smooth
