This 1986 wine is a wonderful Sauternes rated as outstanding by Cellar Tracker

Reviews:
light-to-medium straw yellow. Youthful bouquet of botrytis-laced pineapple, peaches, vanilla and a touch of toffee. Lovely palate showing peach, honey, pear and caramel/toffee. This is wonderfully youthful given that it is 30 years old; behaves like a Sauternes teenager! Lovely, viscous and sweet palate that has great acidity and a nice, long finish. I think this is just a step behind the intensity of the underrated and amazing '86 Guiraud that has years of life ahead. Cellar Tracker Review.
