Description

A beautiful classic aged Bordeaux scoring an average of 91.6 pts on Cellar Tracker.

The 1982 still has a dark red colour. The nose is very appealing on this wine; not quintessential Margaux, but very good nonetheless. Lots of leather, some perfume, red fruits. The palate was fairly consistent but on the austere side, lighter medium bodied, tart, red fruit, wood spice. Excellent finish. A very good wine from an outstanding vintage.
