Description

Ansaldo is a wonderful sweet dessert wine made from late harvest grapes. It has raisins, mocha and rich jammy fruit flavours which will work well with rich desserts and also cheeses.

The Sciatrac is made from late harvest grapes that are allowed shrivel on the vine, this have very high sugar content. The fermentation process stops when the alcohol reaches 16% leaving high residual sugar. This preserves the wine making it a safe choice for a wine that is drinking well today.
