Description
This 2005 red wine is made from the Pinot Noir grape. The wines displays a light garnet colour with aromas of raspberry, strawberry, cherry and a hint of spice from oak. It is dry, smooth and medium bodied on the palate with soft tannins and high acidity. Its taste profile is filled with earthy flavours such as dried mushrooms and wet soil. There is certainly a level of complexity here.
