This fortified white wine is a rare Jerepego Style which is unfermented grape juice fortified with grape spirit, which prevents fermentation. It is very sweet, with substantial unfermented grape flavours. Appealing gold in colour, this wine offers a bouquet of honey and vanilla. In the mouth it is richly sweet with peach, apricot syrup and that sheen of vanilla oak is discernible. Clean, fresh, lovely length. Lots of drinking pleasure guaranteed.
