Description

Still some fruit left in this 1981 wine from Pauillac in Bordeaux. Complex aromas derived from ageing have now started appearing: mushroom, leather, earth. On the palate it shows good acidity and fine tannins with a long aftertaste. Leave it half hour or more in the decanter to express itself.
