Robert Parker: "The 1988 Duhart-Milon exhibits a bouquet of ripe fruit, spices, cedar, and herbs. The wine is rich, full-bodied, admirably concentrated and long, with plenty of tannin. (02/1993) The Wine Spectator: "Aromas of chocolate, berries and mint follow through to a full body, with soft tannins and very pretty fruit. Dense fruit, ripe tannins, long finish. Will improve for a long time but delicious now"
