THE 2004 Chateau Talbot is a sumptuous, complex, dense ruby purple wine with with notes of mint, incense, herbs, black currant, and licorice. The 2004 Talbot is medium-bodied, moderately tannic, and slightly austere. It starts off well with an impressive attack.
