The 2007 Chateau de Sales vintage red wine is drinking well now. Chateau de Sales is Pomerol's largest vineyard, and produces this well-rounded, approachable and early-maturing wine. With a medium weight on the palate, the wine has plenty of savoury-sweet fruit and well-polished tannins, accompanied by aromas of caramel and earth.
