Description

Light amber colour with yellow nuances. Woody and oxidised flavour. Notes of dried fruits. Well balanced acidity and body with a distinctive finish.
Excellent as an aperitif, or with a fine soup.

Grape variety is Tinta Negra Mole from several harvests with an average age of 3 years in Estufagem (process of ageing the wine through heat) in 650 litres oak barrels.
