This bottling is believed to be from the 1970's.

Displaying a touch more depth than VS Cognacs, VSOPs are aged for at least four years. Incredibly versatile, VSOP Cognacs can be drunk neat, and are just as good when served long or made into a cocktail. They display a flavour profile of dried fruit, oak, toffee and nutmeg.

This brand dates way back to 1814 when it was founded as the Pinet Casillion company. Raynal was founded in Jarnac in 1840 and used the brand 'Pellisson'.
