Blended from wines of a single year, Late Bottled Vintage Port ages from four to six years in cask and is ready to drink when bottled. Its concentrated fruity flavour and firm, full-bodied style make Taylor's LBV the perfect port to accompany chocolate desserts, and blue cheeses such as Stilton or Roquefort. Powerful dark cherry and black fruit aromas. The floral and herbal notes that come through on the nose add lovely nuances to the bouquet. Chateau Rombeau Vin Doux Natural

80-120 g/l residual sugar usually, vinified at the domaine, which doubles as a very good Catalan restaurant, or cave auberge, in Rivesaltes village itself.
Deep ruby/tawny. Raisiny and lots of acidity. A little gritty. Rancio after long, warm wood-ageing of a blend of Grenache of all three colours. There may also be a little Muscat Alexandre in blends this ‘young’.

Dusty rose color in the glass, slightly opaque hue throughout. Nose of black cherries, black licorice, red cherries, maybe a little mocha finishing with a touch of cedar.
