The wines Boca must be made from grapes coming within the company, from the following varieties in the proportion indicated below: Nebbiolo (Span): from 70% to 90%; Vespolina and Uva Rara (Bonarda Novarese) alone or in combination from 10% to 30%. Colour: Bright ruby red evolves with slight nuances of garnet; Bouquet: elegant, ethereal and pleasing with a strong hint of violet; Taste: dry, velvety, fruity, balanced and full-bodied with a hint of pomegranate
