"Wonderful nose of campfire, scorched earth, forest fire smoke, hay, animal, underbrush, cement, dusty concrete, and tobacco. Unique and highly expressive bouquet that you can nose and nose and continue finding new scents. Unfortunately it doesn't totally follow up on the palate: major tannins, tight and tart, lots of currant, somewhat stunted. Not thin, still has depth to the fruit, but drying out somewhat.
