Description

The 1981 Chateau Lanayre is pale red in color, fading to garnet. On the nose still some fruit left mainly red fruit, leather, tobaco and earth. On the palate black cherry, plum and vanilla. The tannins are smooth and the acidity is balanced leading to a medium finish.
