Description

Château de Fargues imposes itself on the senses and arouses curiosity. The sweetness of the spring flowers is expressed on your taste buds, accompanied by subtle aromas of candied fruit, pineapple or figs, a few tips of quince paste or sun-drenched apricots. You perceive the roasted flavours, the vanilla, spicy, saffron, star anise and also dried fruits. Added to this are enveloping notes of acacia honey, toasted bread, balanced by citrus zest and mineral touches. The wine of Fargues will never cease to challenge and stimulate you. A bottle of Château de Fargues can be kept for a long time, several decades
