Description

A beautifully aged slightly lifted bouquet of figs, sour cherry, stone fruits, baked strawberries, graphite, tea, blood, considerable barnyard, coffee and stewed veggies. Medium bodied, dry and refreshing palate with dried apricot to leather feel. Chewy to meaty bite to the palate with dried fruit charm and a sour cherry twist. Long finish with graphite, tea and smoky minerality. Thoroughly healthy and classy stuff!
