2011 Barolo Michele Chiarlo Tortoniano
Tasting Note
From the Nebbiolo grape grown around the town of Barolo, this wine is full and complex with a rich and intense aroma. Well structured with earthy notes and firm tannins through to an elegantly long finish.
Serving Suggestion:
At 18C with game, roast and grilled meats and mature cheese.

2011 Amarone della Valpolicella Tedeschi
Notes: Color: strong ruby red. Clear and transparent.
Bouquet: notes of vanilla and ethereal airs depending on the period of aging in the barrel; notes of sweet fruits such as currants, blueberries, cherries depending on the varieties of grapes.
Flavor: wine with a velvety, raisiny character combined with the structure and typical stylish bitterness to give it good balance. It has an enduring and persistent flavour.
Suited for ageing: it is a keeping wine.
Combinations: red meat and aged cheeses.
Serve at: 16-18° C. We recommend decanting this wine and leaving it for 2hrs before drinking to get the best experience.
