Aroma with unique, incredible, unique complexity, ripe yellow plum, honey, some fresh herbs, salty background with phosphorus nuances. Medium body, ample structure supported by good acidity, crispy periphery, lively, stirred wine, quite expressive presence in the mouth, some freshness that contradicts the expectation created from the aroma. Good acidity, long finish.

Serving Tips & Storage Serve at a temperature of 6°C to 8°C and pair with seafood, fish and white meats.
