The 2004 Palmer Colheita Port From the stable of Barao de Vilar which has long history and dedication to quality make their Colheita Ports a highly regarded choice among Port wine enthusiasts. The 2004 vintage offers a rich and complex tasting experience.

Tasting Notes: The 2004 Palmer Colheita Port exhibits a tawny, amber, or brownish hue. On the nose there are nuances of dried fruits, raisins, figs, almonds, and hazelnuts. caramel, toffee, spices, and hints of chocolate. The ageing process lends it depth and complexity. The flavours are layered and nuanced with a long finish.

Colheita Ports are sweet but not as sweet as Vintage Ports or some other fortified wines. They tend to have a balanced sweetness that complements their complexity.

STORAGE
The wine is ready to drink and does not require decanting. The bottle should be kept upright and protected from direct sunlight.
