Description

This champagne has great structure and intensity. It is beginning to show lovely yeast and bread flavors along with notes of citrus, spice and chalky minerals. Full-bodied with high acids due to the lack of malo, this is a champagne that would seem to have an amazing future given the hints of real complexity on the finish and the strong but balanced backbone for aging.
