The NV 30 Year Old White Port São Leonardo is a field blend of grapes like Viosinho, Codega de Larinho, Cerceal and Malvasia. It was bottled in 2019 with a bar-top cork and 153 grams of residual sugar. Showing much more concentration and focus than the 20 Year, this also shows a touch of char, perhaps indicating some fruit that is very mature. In some ways, this is a big step up over the 20, and in others not at all. It still has plenty to offer, though, granting that it is quite pricey. The pure power is impressive and it's very tasty.
