Messias 10 Year Old Port 90 Points- Wine Enthusiast
Golden amber with hints of mahogany, reflecting its aging process. Rich and complex aromas with bags of spice, caramel, marmalade, nutty and fig flavours. Wonderfully viscous and warm on the palate, it delivers a fully textured and well-structured river of dried fruit flavours. The finish is long and satisfying.
Burmester 10 Year Old Tawny Port
Intense golden colour, with an amber rim. Complex on the nose, with prevailing aromas of dried fruit, almond and hazelnut combined with notes of honey and vanilla. A refined palate, with great smoothness, elegance and intensity. A round, full-bodied wine that develops into a rich and intensely fresh finish with a touch of spiciness.
Devesa 10 Year Old Tawny Port
Sweet nutty notes of marzipan blended with toasty blanched almonds and a hint of spirit. Soft, smooth and well rounded with crème caramel and flavors of Frangelico. Creamy on the opening, shows its power and its structure, evolving nicely and finishing with grip and tension. There is a good balance of sweetness and acidity, which gives it a fresh and elegant profile. Long and pleasing finish, with lingering notes of caramel, dried fruits, and a hint of oak.
Maynard 10 Year Tawny Port
A distinguished fortified wine from Barão de Vilar, produced under the guidance of the renowned Van Zeller family and named after pioneering Port merchant Walter Maynard. Crafted from traditional Douro grapes including Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Tinto Cão and Tinta Barroca, it is aged for a decade in seasoned oak casks, developing its classic amber-gold hue and depth of flavour.
