Description

Crafted in the Niagara Peninsula of Ontario from Vidal grapes naturally concentrated by freezing on the vine, the 2005 20 Bees Vidal is a classic Canadian icewine that combines luscious sweetness with vibrant balance. This vintage reflects optimal conditions for botrytis-free concentration, highlighting the region’s cool-climate intensity and the rich, fruit-forward character of Vidal.

Deep golden amber in colour with clear viscosity and a luminous sheen.

The bouquet is aromatic and expressive, with honeyed peach, apricot, orange marmalade, and tropical fruit, layered with subtle butterscotch and floral notes that add complexity.

On the palate, the wine is lusciously sweet yet balanced by bright acidity, revealing flavours of ripe pear, mango, candied citrus, and honey, finishing long and elegant with lingering tropical fruit and citrus peel.

Serve well chilled (8–10 °C)
