Description

This 1992 Barbaresco shows the graceful maturity of aged Nebbiolo from a cooler vintage. The bouquet is delicate and complex, with aromas of dried cherry, rose petal, truffle, and subtle tobacco, supported by hints of cedar, spice, and forest floor. On the palate it is medium-bodied, with softened tannins, lively but balanced acidity, and flavours of dried red fruit, leather, and earthy minerality. The finish is elegant, savoury, and persistent, displaying classic Barbaresco finesse.

Serving Suggestions
Serve at 17–18 °C (63–65 °F) after a gentle decant of 30–45 minutes. Ideal with braised meats, roast game, mushroom dishes, or aged cheeses such as Parmigiano Reggiano or Castelmagno.
