Description

Opened and allowed to slowly oxygenate over about severals hours. Garnet color in the glass with a slightly brownish twinge, fairly clear looking. Delicate nose of leather, birch, barnyard and forest floor. Flavors of berries, birch and a tad of raspberries. Medium acidity, fully resolved tannins, medium body.
