The 1967 Barolo DOC by Pico della Mirandola is a classic, traditionally styled Nebbiolo from the Langhe, produced in an era when Barolo was crafted for long aging and slow bottle evolution.

Tasting Notes: Now fully mature, it likely shows evolved aromas of dried rose petals, red cherry, and orange peel, layered with tertiary notes of leather, tobacco, truffle, and earthy forest-floor character. On the palate it is expected to be elegant and fragile, with fully softened tannins, integrated acidity, and a light to medium body leading to a long, fading, and refined finish.

Serving & Food Pairing: Best served at 16–18°C, with very careful handling and minimal decanting to avoid disturbing sediment.
