Appearance
Deep golden amber with copper highlights. Bright and clear.
Nose
Elegant and expressive. Baked apple, stewed pear, and apple skin, followed by vanilla, light caramel, and toasted oak. Subtle notes of cinnamon, dried flowers, and almond with air.
Palate
Smooth and well-balanced. Cooked apple, apple tart, and honey, layered with oak spice, nutmeg, and a touch of butterscotch. Nicely rounded texture, showing maturity without heaviness.

Medium-long and clean. Lingering apple compote, gentle spice, and dry oak
