Description

Appearance
Medium garnet with hints of tawny edges — showing mature development typical of a 40+‑year‑old Médoc.

Nose
Evolved Bordeaux aromatics with subdued black fruit, cedar, earth, and tertiary leather/tobacco notes. Expect modest intensity but classic aged claret nuances.

Palate
Medium‑bodied and mellow, with softened tannins and flavours of dried cassis, cedar wood, leaf mulch and a gentle earthiness. The structure is gentle rather than youthful, reflecting extended bottle age.

Finish
Moderate and savoury, with lingering subtle fruit, cedar and mineral hints rather than bold richness.

Condition

Excellent
