Description

1989 was a most successful vintage for Sauternes. The Chateau Rabaud Promis will charm you with its freshness and its opulence. The nose is attractive of candied orange peel, sweet spices and toasted hazelnuts. The mouth of impeccable structure is greedy: wax, exotic fruits, creamy vanilla notes.

Serve as an aperitif with some tapas , a foie gras with verjuice , a mild fish curry or after a meal on a crumble strawberry-rhubarb or orange salad.
