Overview:
A mature and characterful expression of traditional Piedmontese Dolcetto, displaying the mellow fruit, earthy complexity and gentle structure that develop with extended bottle age. Now fully mature, it offers a harmonious balance of evolved fruit and savoury tertiary character.

Appearance:
Deep ruby-red with garnet highlights, showing graceful maturity and excellent development in bottle.

Nose:
Expressive and evolved, revealing aromas of black cherry and plum layered with gentle spice, leather and subtle earthy nuances. With air, additional notes of dried fruit and woodland character emerge, adding complexity and depth.

Palate:
Medium-bodied, smooth and harmonious, with softened tannins supporting flavours of stewed red fruits, black cherry and plum. Subtle notes of cocoa, dried herbs and earthy spice add further complexity, while the wine retains pleasing balance and freshness.

Finish:
Balanced, approachable and lingering, fading gently through dried fruits, soft spice and savoury nuance.

Decanting:
Stand upright for 2–3 days to allow sediment to settle. Decant carefully through a fine strainer and aerate 1–2 hours before serving at 16–18°C. Fragile corks are common; strain any fragments during decanting.
