"Light pale gold, deeper through the sides, glass served after poured, very little effervescence in this sample. Indelible aroma above the glass, delicate, floral and fragrant. Long, long, long and quite alive. Evolves over the course of an hour - calling everything from lemon curd to citron creme on a biscuit, and even a hint of piña. Fascinating and captivating. Beautiful wine. After an hour, a lilting caramelization rounded off this gorgeous glass. Pour it, taste it, and if you can wait an hour, you will not believe you are drinking champagne."
