Appearance
A mature golden hue, with persistent but fine bubbles forming a delicate mousse. The colour reflects its age, edging towards amber tones.

Nose
Elegant and evolved, showing complex tertiary notes. Aromas of dried apricot, baked apple, and citrus peel are layered with brioche, toasted almond, honey, and hints of marzipan. Secondary notes of mushroom, truffle, and smoky minerality reveal its age and autolytic depth.

Palate
On the palate, the 1992 Dom Pérignon offers a soft, rounded texture with fine acidity that has mellowed over time. Flavours of candied citrus, roasted nuts, caramelised pear, and dried flowers unfold alongside subtle saline and chalky undertones. While less powerful than benchmark vintages like 1990 or 1996, it displays finesse, balance, and an elegant maturity.

Finish
Medium to long finish, with lingering notes of hazelnut, citrus zest, and a gentle oxidative nuttiness..
