Tasting Notes:

Light body, fine tannins, still-present acidity. Elegant, delicate, fading finish.

Serving & Food Pairing:
Serve at 14–16°C, with very light decanting if needed.

Pairs with cured meats, roasted poultry, light pasta dishes, mushroom-based recipes, and semi-aged cheeses.
