Description

The 1974 Maury is a unique dessert wines coming from the Languedoc region. Maury can be keep for years, much like a port wine. the 1974 has notes of nuts, figs, raisins, sweet prune jam, blue mold and oxidation. Some liquorice and pine nuts. Very sweet, but with a slightly unpolished woody touch. Warm alcohol and very long. Great stuff and worked wonders with Camembert topped with fruit and nuts.
