Description

The 2005 Redoma Tinto pours a medium ruby with subtle garnet edges, showing a hint of brick along the rim that signals its maturity.

On the nose, it reveals an elegant combination of dried cherry and sour plum, intertwined with tobacco leaf, graphite, and a touch of earthy schist. As it opens, hints of cedar, leather, and dried Mediterranean herbs emerge, giving a layered, complex aromatic profile.

On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied with finely integrated tannins and a bright, lingering acidity that keeps the structure lifted. Flavours echo the nose, with dried red fruit and mineral notes balanced by subtle spice and a gentle earthiness. The finish is long, savoury, and refined, emphasizing mineral and herbal undertones rather than overt fruit.
