Quevedo Alegra White, Douro DOC

The Quevedo Alegra White is a vibrant and expressive Douro white, combining freshness, texture and subtle complexity. Crafted from traditional Portuguese varieties including Gouveio, Rabigato, Moscatel Galego and Arinto, it reflects the balance and precision of modern Douro white winemaking.

The nose is pronounced and inviting, with aromas of apricot, pineapple and ripe lemon. A delicate floral lift adds elegance, while gentle oak influence introduces subtle notes of vanilla and a hint of white pepper, bringing added depth and complexity.

On the palate, the wine is dry and structured, with bright acidity providing freshness and energy. The texture is rounded and expressive, supported by careful lees ageing which adds weight without sacrificing vibrancy. The fruit remains clearly defined, complemented by well-integrated oak.

The finish is long and refined, with lingering citrus and stone fruit notes alongside a subtle creamy texture. Balanced and harmonious, this is a versatile white that offers both immediate appeal and complexity.
