The 2003 vintage brought unusual conditions: a wet winter followed by an intensely hot summer, creating grapes with remarkable concentration, depth, and structure . Fermented traditionally through foot-treading in granite lagares and aged for 18–20 months in large oak and chestnut vats, this Port strikes a rare balance—rich, profound tannins seamlessly intertwined with vibrant acidity, creating both power and grace
