The 1975 Refosco del Peduculo, Tenuta S. Caterina - Riserva is an exceptional and well-aged wine that showcases the depth and complexity of this indigenous Friulian varietal. With time, it has developed aromas of dried dark berries, such as blackberries and plums, along with earthy notes of leather, tobacco, and subtle hints of balsamic. The tannins, once bold and structured, have softened gracefully over the years, creating a smooth and elegant texture.
